A ConnectCare consult works in 4 simple steps:
- Patient books an appointment using the ConnectCare's virtual assitant.
- Patient confirms the appointment by paying through the link sent by SMS.
- Consultant manages and completes appointments through the ConnectCare app.
- Patient receives a report at the end of the consultation through SMS for safe keeping.
These tele-consults are 10 minutes long. In addition to this, a 5 minute buffer period is provided before the next appointments to accommodate for any delays.
