A ConnectCare consult works in 4 simple steps: 

  1. Patient books an appointment using the ConnectCare's virtual assitant.
  2. Patient confirms the appointment by paying through the link sent by SMS.
  3. Consultant manages and completes appointments through the ConnectCare app.
  4. Patient receives a report at the end of the consultation through SMS for safe keeping.

These tele-consults are 10 minutes long. In addition to this, a 5 minute buffer period is provided before the next appointments to accommodate for any delays.
