Once you sign-up/register, there are two steps to be completed before you can access your account.
- It is important that the admin of your organization approves your account. Once approved, you will receive an email notification.
- Once approved, you will also receive an email with a verification link. You must use this to verify your email ID. Without verification, you will not be able to sign-in.
If you are getting the error message "no profile information found", please make sure these two steps have been completed. Please contact you organization's admin to get this sorted.
