You can manage all your appointments through the 'My Appointments' section of the ConnectCare app. All appointments are categorized into 4 different types: 

  1. UpcomingThese are appointments that coming up. These appointments have already been booked and paid for by the patient. You can perform the following functions for these appointment listings: 
    • View case details: This gives you the entire medical record of the patient along with details filled in by the patient at the time of booking. 
    • Start call: This button will activate up to 60 minutes before the start of the appointment (depending on the patient's preference). By clicking this button, you are marking the appointment as started. 
  2. Ongoing: Once an appointment has started, it is marked as ongoing. These are the appointments that have been started by the consultant and not yet completed. You can perform the following functions for these appointment listings.
    • View case details: This gives you the entire medical record of the patient along with details filled in by the patient at the time of booking. 
    • Go back to call: This button is useful to get back to the consult page for an appointment in progress and is important to navigate to in order to finish your consult and enter the advice provided. 
  3. Completed: Once you finish a consult by entering the advice given, the appointment is marked as completed. You can perform the following functions for these appointment listings:
    • View case details: This gives you the entire medical record of the patient along with details filled in by the patient at the time of booking. 
    • View Advice: This gives you the advice details that you entered during the consultation and is useful for future reference.
  4. Missed: If the 'Start Call' button is not clicked within 15 minutes of the start time of the appointment slot, the appointment is considered missed. In such cases, the patient is refunded any payments made and issued an apology. There are no functions for such appointment listings.
