If you noticed some appointments in the 'Upcoming' tab that were not completed and have now disappeared, there are two possible reasons: 

  1. You might have missed this appointment as you have not started the call within 15 minutes of the appointment start time
  2. The patient might have requested a cancellation due to some emergency

If the appointment was missed, you can now find it in the 'missed' tab.
