ConnectCare does not allow doctors to cancel the appointments that have already been booked. Hence, marking a time period as busy will only stop any further appointments from being booked during this time. Existing appointments must still be fulfilled.
It is suggested that you mark your busy periods at least 1 day in advance to avoid the booking of appointments in that time period.
