All doctors can control their own availability for tele-consultation through the 'My Hours' section of the app. If you find that you will not be available for a certain period of time in days to come, we suggest that you go to 'My Hours' and mark yourself as 'Busy' for that period of time. This is important to avoid any appointments from being assigned during that period of time.
IF you are a doctor at L V Prasad Eye Institute, you have one additional step. You must contact the ground staff to ensure that the same appointment slots are removed from your EMR. This is to ensure they don't come up again as available time periods the next.
