This issue was resolved on 21st September 2020 at 6:00 pm. In case you are still facing this issue, please ensure you are using the latest version of the app. You can check for updates in the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.


If you are unable to update the app but still need to issue a prescription, you can follow these steps to work around the issue. 

  1. We have observed that this problem only arises when prescribing drops. 
  2. Please set the dosage to 2 drop(s) in the first course. 
  3. Once you click on 'Add course' now, you will find that another course is added. 
  4. Once the course is added, you can go back and edit the dosage to 1 drop(s).
