ConnectCare provides patients the opportunity to opt-out of being called up to one hour in advance. If the patient actively chooses to opt-out of this feature, then you will not be able to start the call in advance. Here is a screenshot of the patient-facing app highlighting this feature. Patient can choose to have a call 15, 30, 35 or 60 minutes in advance (set to 60 minutes earlier by default).
