A redial button has been provided in the advice form which will allow you to connect to the patient through the ConnectCare phone line. This is avoid revealing your personal phone number while still being able to connect with the patient over a regular phone call. Here is a video showing you where you can find this button during a video consultation.
The patient must sign-in to the ConnectCare app (https://app.lvpei.org/connectcare) with the registered contact number and OTP. Without this, he/she cannot join video call.
