This can happen if your app was left open in the background and could not refresh to display the latest status. Here are some things your can check to solve the problem: 

If you can't see an upcoming appointment after receiving the SMS confirmation:

  1. Make sure you have signed into the app with the phone number that you provided at the time of booking the appointment. This is the phone number to which you would have received the confirmation SMS.
  2. Please close the app and re-open so it reflects the latest status. 
  3. Go to Appointments -> Upcoming to see the details of your confirmed appointment as shown in the video below.


If you can't join the call or see an ongoing call in your Home page: 

  1. Make sure you have signed into the app with the phone number that you provided at the time of booking the appointment. This is the phone number to which you would have received the confirmation SMS.
  2. Please close the app and re-open so it reflects the latest status. 
  3. If you denied the app permission to access your device's microphone and camera, please allow the same through the device's settings options. 
  4. Go to Appointments -> Current to see the details of your current appointments as shown in the video below.
