You will need the ConnectCare app installed on your smartphone or tablet to get started.

To download the app, please take the smartphone or tablet you would like to use for the consultation and scan the code below.

Sign-in With Your Contact Number
If you have already booked an appointment, you will need to sign-in with the mobile number you provided at the time of booking the appointment. This will only be required the first time you are using the app.
Enter the contact number -> Enter the OTP sent
Create a New Profile
If you are using the ConnectCare system for the first time, you will be asked to create a profile for yourself, family member or relative for which you are managing appointments.
Enter basic information of the member -> Select all records that belong to this member
Ready for tele-consultation!
You will see your appointment on the Home page. You can join the call 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
