With Your Contact Number

If you have already booked an appointment, you will need to sign-in with the mobile number you provided at the time of booking the appointment. This will only be required the first time you are using the app.

Enter the contact number -> Enter the OTP sent

Create a New Profile

If you are using the ConnectCare system for the first time, you will be asked to create a profile for yourself, family member or relative for which you are managing appointments. 

Enter basic information of the member -> Select all records that belong to this member

Ready for tele-consultation!

You will see your appointment on the Home page. You can join the call 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
