Fill all the required information and confirm, a link will be provided to your LVPEI Email ID for confirmation. Required to open the link to activate the profile. Once approved from Admin Portal you are able to login. Below the link of video illustrating how to upload your signature or sign into the app. You MUST upload your signature as patients will not receive their medical report or prescription otherwise. In EMR must add doctor OPD Schedule to sync all the required information into Bifrost.
